New WBGU Policy „Beyond Climate Neutrality“ published

The climate crisis and the crises caused by the COVID-19 pandemic must be tackled together. Many countries are working on strategies to implement the Paris Agreement. At the climate conference in Glasgow, therefore, it will be imperative to reconcile short- and long-term goals and measures. The German Advisory Council on Global Change has just published a new Policy Brief dealing with these issues on „Beyond Climate Neutrality“ ahead of the climate conference. Prof. Dr. Anna-Katharina Hornidge, director of the German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE) as one of the members oft he WBGU, participated in the discussion and the writing of the Policy Brief.
